Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) - Esthéa

  1. Scope of Application: These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) apply to all product sales made by Esthéa. They govern the contractual relationship between Esthéa and its customers in the context of online sales of makeup brush cleaners, makeup brushes, and makeup brush storage boxes.

  2. Products: The products offered for sale by Esthéa are accurately described on the brand's website. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.

  3. Orders: Orders placed on Esthéa's website constitute an offer to purchase the selected products under the described conditions. Esthéa reserves the right to accept or refuse any order.

  4. Prices and Payment: Product prices are indicated in euros and are subject to change at any time. Payment for products is made online by credit card or any other payment method accepted by Esthéa.

  5. Delivery: Delivery times are indicated on Esthéa's website for informational purposes. Esthéa undertakes to deliver the products in a timely manner but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to carriers.

  6. Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return costs are borne by the customer.

  7. Guarantees: Esthéa guarantees the conformity of the products sold on its website. In the event of a defective product, the customer may request an exchange or refund in accordance with the law.

  8. Liability: Esthéa cannot be held liable for indirect or immaterial damages resulting from the use of products sold on its website.

  10. Disputes: In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the registered office of Esthéa.
