Our device comes with a small speaker that can be disabled via settings; Transmit sound to the original car radio via the device's FM transmission function (e.g., select 86.3MHZ on the device, then stream music from a USB drive, and search for 86.3MHZ on the car radio); Use a 3.5mm AUX cable to transmit audio to the original car player via the device's AUX OUT interface (this function may not be available on some models, please refer to the product interface description for details).

A: Please search for the device's Bluetooth using your mobile phone. The name is "CarPlay". Delete paired but unconnected devices from your phone. Some Bluetooth devices paired with each other may cause connection issues or abnormal operation.
Q: Does Bluetooth not automatically connect to CarPlay or Android Auto?

A: Our device does not have an internal battery to avoid risks from extreme heat in the car. It will automatically sync the date and time after connecting to your mobile phone.

A: Use an 8GB or 16GB memory card or USB flash drive. Some high-capacity storage devices may not be supported. Make sure the storage device is formatted with the default file system. Also, some multimedia files may not be recognized if their format is non-standard.
